Back in May I got the opportunity to shoot a make-up editorial for Tubex at the beautiful Lake Como in Italy. This series was created alongside a video shoot for a commercial. With ZEHNTAUSENDGRAD, and Julia & Etien.

Every now and then I get to shoot a few weddings and it's always a blast!

Once again I photographed my sister but this time during our two week long quarantine.

Sometimes there is beauty in very harsh looking things.

A more abstract take on the infamous DT 1990 PROs from Beyerdynamic.

Blue hour portraits are one of my favorites to take. I don't know what it is but it's just captivating to shoot in such light.

The Island of Tenerife must be one of the most stunning locations I've ever been to. Every corner you take there's a new landscape with new vegetation and sights to behold.

Every now and then it's just nice to go out and take a few pictures for my friends, especially at these times.

A series of portraits I did for a friend of mine. All you can see here was shot in a small studio with a minimal lighting setup.

Some macro shots I took with my Fujifilm GFX 50R and an old Mamiya bellows I got a while back. Did some studies on a few crystals and plants.

A little study of a nail polish flask and the polish itself. All of it, except the GIFs, shot on a Fuji GFX100S in studio conditions.

For those long exposures I got some very inexpensive fiberglass glow sticks (I guess that's what they are called) and moved them around my subjects. Got some pretty nice results out of that, even though I didn't expect to.

Sometimes it's gotta get a little strange...

A short series of self portraits I did just for fun. Never tried it before, but always wanted to. It was surprisingly enjoyable.

Who doesn't like a simple garden gnome, I mean yeah it's pink but that's ok.

This was a little project I did back in 2019 for one of my classes. The premise was to combine something sweet and tart. Here I wanted to visualise the problem with very cheap stuffed animals which are produced somewhere overseas, only to be shipped here and eventually end up in the garbage. And all of this with simultaneous pollution of the environment, here and around the globe.

A walk through the woods on Tenerife. 10/10, can recommend.
